From the mid 19th Century we have this wonderful French panel.  The background is a rich chocolate brown and the floral and bird motif are in tans and rust. This looks to have been tacked at some point as there are a few tiny holes throughout but there are no significant tears or mends. The selvage width is 32” and the length of it is 75 inches long. The repeat is every 18”.
