Early 19th C. French Toile - SOLD

This is an example of toile from probably the first quarter of the 19th Century. It is actually two pieces sewn together. It measures 28 1/2" in length and 18" in width. There are four scenes depicted in the toile. It is a fabulous example of the early French toile.
