18th C. French Toile

This toile is similar to La Liberte' Americaine (American Liberty), attributed to Jean-Baptiste Huet, 1783-89. Our research indicates that our toile is Huet's earlier design with the cupids in the medallions. The medallions were changed for the La Liberte' Americaine print. This is a plate print. The selvage width is 32". We have 5 total pieces of this toile. The largest is 32" x 92" and is priced at $600. We also have 19 1/2" x 21", $85; 17" x 32", $100; 17" x 21", $75; 15 1/2" x 22 1/2", $65.
